7. **Delivery Attempts:** Our delivery team will make reasonable attempts to deliver the parcel to the recipient’s address as provided. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to the sender or held at a nearby pickup location for a specified period.

8. **Fees and Charges:** Customers are responsible for all applicable delivery fees, taxes, customs duties, and other charges associated with their shipments. DSV Freight Forwardingreserves the right to adjust fees and charges without prior notice, subject to local regulations.
